Sit, Stretch, Breathe with Chair Yoga
Join us at Gympie Aquatic Recreation Centre, every Thursday from 1pm for our Chair Yoga classes.
Chair yoga incorporates various yoga poses, stretches, and breathing techniques adapted to a seated position.
Enjoy some low-impact fitness that improves strength, mobility, posture, balance and helps reduce stress.
All ages and abilities welcome!
